Women Know Your Self Worth

Women have always had warriors that fought for self-rights and equal opportunity. Not to mention the efforts that were put forth so women can become executive chiefs and head of corporations in the world we live in today. And if I may say so myself, women have came a long way from your ordinary house wife to an assistant to a male doctor's side. We have showed society that we can be equal to our once male superior. While I am very appreciative for acts women before me have performed, I am also sadden at the women of my time and how we are up holding the legacy for women suffrage throughout the course of    time. We are idolizing women like Marylin Monroe, Nicki Manaj, and Kim Kardashian, these are very beautiful women but the substance of their character is questionable to me. They are teaching our young women sex tapes, sleeping with married men, and shaking your ass is what you need to do to get ahead in life. Not I'm not trying to claim I'm a saint and I never wore revealing clothes, and I love how each of them are their own individuals ; but the messages they a sending are a bit rash. Ladies this is not what you have to do to get ahead in life, have some self worth or self control. There's always a different alternative. We need to idolize women like Michelle Obama, Oprah Winfrey, and Sandra Bullock. These are remarkable women have made a name for themselves while keeping their clothes on.





Now a days women are seen as sex symbols and not heard for the content of their minds, or the character of their hearts. We need to go back to the old way of self righteousness. Stay in control and know your self worth!

Women  need to realize their self worth and stop giving their bodies up to men so easily. Your body is your temple and it's sacred. I know sometimes it's hard but you gotta have more respect for yourself and I can honestly say that I too have a past that I'm not proud of completely, but I'm older and maturer now and I love myself. Also on another note,  woman that stay with someone knowing that their being cheated on? I don't get it. You need to learn to love yourself and be by yourself and know you self worth.

With all of the baby showers, birthdays, and engagements I bet you find yourself stressing about money, it seems like there a event every week!!!!!! But there is a way to save your pockets and still give a nice present. Recently, Ericka and I attended a baby shower of a friend and we both we low on cash, we decided to make a gift basket. Sounds corny right? No we just headed to our local dollar store and bought a bunch of miscellaneous items dealing with baby showers. An this can go for personal care, toys, anything. After we purchased everything we bought a basket, tissue paper, plastic wrap, and ribbons and went to work. So next time you need a gift I guarantee you can't go wrong with gift baskets.
