  Carter Godwin Woodson (December 19, 1875 – April 3, 1950) was an African-American historian, author, journalist and the founder of the Association for the Study of African American Life and History. Woodson was one of the first scholars to study African-American history. Hey Everyone it's MzSassyTalks, and I'm back! First I hope everyone New Years is going well. I want to know what are some of your new year's resolutions are you still carrying them out? Or have you flopped? Hit me up, I want to know what's up. I know it's been a while since I been on here given the holiday season, but I've gotten past that and I'm more committed than ever. This year I see a lot of big changes in my future and I am more goal oriented than ever.
